SSI BASIC DIVER

This program gives you the opportunity to experience the underwater world, in a confined and open water environment, without committing to a longer certification program.

The program is divided into 3 blocks:

1. THEORY

30-minute talk given by one of our instructors where they will explain the basic rules of diving and all the information needed to dive safely.

2.POOL

Pool session where you will learn breathing techniques and begin to adapt to the aquatic environment in an easy and safe environment. Always supervised by one of our instructor s.

3. DIVING

The dive takes place at one of our diving points within the Costa Montgrí Natural Park with a maximum depth of 12 meters and an approximate duration of between 30 and 45 minutes.

Once you complete the program you will get an SSI BASIC DIVER digital recognition card. If you decide to become an Open Water Diver within 6 months of completing your Basic Diver program, your first open water dive will be credited as one of the required training dives.

For us, your health is the most important thing, which is why we provide you with a medical questionnaire, with which you can self-assess whether you need a medical check-up or are in optimal condition.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

In order to participate in any of our courses, you must present a medical certificate which must not be more than 2 years old (in professional level courses, not more than 1 year).
