POOL FREEDIVING
The POOL FREEDIVING SSI program provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to safely practice freediving in a confined pool / water environment.
Includes: SSI digital manual, online theory, rental equipment, 1 breathing session, 2 pool sessions and SSI digital certification
* Minimum age: 12 years old

FREEDIVER
The SSI LEVEL 1 APNEA program provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to practice freediving autonomously and safely, with a partner of equal or greater qualification, and in environments and depths equivalent to your training.
Includes: SSI digital manual, online theory, equipment rental, 1 breathing session, 2 pool sessions, 2 open water sessions and SSI digital certification
* Minimum age: 12 years old

ADVANCED FREEDIVER
The SSI Advanced Freediver program provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to practice freediving autonomously and safely, with a partner of equal or greater qualification, and in environments and depths equivalent to your training.
Includes: SSI digital manual, online theory, equipment rental, 1 breathing session, 2 pool sessions, 2 open water sessions and SSI digital certification

TRAINING Techniques
In the course we practice techniques designed to get used to and prepare our body for the changes it experiences during the practice of apnea, and the levels of oxygen and CO₂ to which we submit it to train and progress in apnea.
Includes: SSI digital manual, online theory, equipment rental, 2 pool sessions and SSI digital certification

FREE immersion (FIM)
This specialty will help you get used to and prepare your body for pressure in a more controlled, progressive and more relaxing way without using your legs and using your hands.

ECOLOGY SPECIALTIES
Are you curious about the marine environment and everything around it that you can could encounter while you practice freediving in the open water? You can do any of the 6 different SSI ecology specialties combined with an apnea open water session.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE
For us, your health is the most important thing, which is why we provide you with a medical questionnaire, with which you can self-assess whether you need a medical examination or are in optimal condition.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
In order to participate in any of our courses, you must present a medical certificate which must not be more than 2 years old (in professional level courses, not more than 1 year).
DIVING INSURANCE
By regulations, to be able to dive in Spain, it is mandatory to have a diving insurance. If you do not have diving insurance, we offer insurance that suits your needs.
