NATURAL PARC COSTA MONTGRÍ
Enjoy our diving trips on the Costa del Montgrí, a unique environment within the Natural Park that offers dives for all levels.
We have more than 15 dive sites that include 2 wrecks, walls, posidonia meadows, caverns and pinnacles full of marine life in a spectacular underwater landscape.
The outings are planned to guarantee safety, fun and respect for the environment.

3 DIVING TRIPS EVERYDAY:
All participants must complete the medical declaration and not have any of the conditions mentioned. In case they have one or more of the conditions, it will be necessary to present a medical certificate signed by a doctor.
By law, to be able to dive in Spain, it is mandatory to have diving insurance. If you do not have diving insurance, we offer insurance that adapts to your needs.

The Pool Check is a practical session in a pool or confined water designed to review basic diving skills before diving back into the sea. This activity, guided by a professional, includes:
• Verification of equipment use.
• Practice techniques such as buoyancy, mask emptying and regulator recovery.
• Review of safety procedures.
It's an excellent opportunity to gain confidence and ensure you're ready to enjoy safe, stress-free dives.

SCUBA SKILLS UPDATE
The SSI Scuba Skills Update course is designed for certified divers who want to refresh their skills and knowledge after a period of time without diving. With the help of an SSI professional, you will review basic techniques such as:
• Buoyancy control.
• Use of diving equipment.
• Underwater safety procedures.
This course is conducted in a safe and controlled environment, allowing you to regain confidence and ensure that you are ready to explore the underwater world again with safety and peace of mind.
