SSI INSTRUCTOR training course

This program provides the skills, concepts, and experience needed to create SSI Open Water Instructors. You will learn the teaching system and philosophy of SSI, how to teach independently of SSI introductory programs such as the Open Water Course. Also the specialties of Nitrox Enriched Air, Perfect Buoyancy, Diver Stress & Rescue and Diving Guide. Candidates who complete this program will be able to access the Instructor Assessment. Once the assessment is passed, they will become SSI Open Water Instructors.

PREREQUISITES:

- SSI ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR certification or equivalent.

- 75 registered dives.

- Current medical certificate.

- CPR course, first aid and current oxygen provider.

- Diving accident insurance and civil liability.

DURATION:

- 8 days.
